After 7 years of searching for a landscape contractor who could provide a
suitable design, construction skills and expertise to carry out all works on this
complex site, this project commenced prior to Christmas 2006 and was for
completion mid March 2007. Despite the continuous inclement weather,
Exterior worked effortlessly and got the job done.
The scope included major excavation works, significant retaining walls were
constructed in accordance with detailed engineering requirements, formation of
man-made cascading water course extending 30 metres in length, two
entrance pathways leading throughout the landscape to the house entry with
timber bridges spanning over the water course providing a tranquil and
pleasant feature within this landscape.
The project includes a selection of native species including trees, shrubs,
groundcovers, water plants and specimen plantings of Magnolia `Little Gem` to
the nature strip which compliments the severity of the structural components
incorporated throughout the property.
