A total renovation of an existing garden. The existing swimming pool was
renovated with the interior of the pool replaced with Quartzon; existing pool
coping and paved surrounds were removed and replaced with Spotted Gum
hardwood timber decking boards. Decking boards were installed to the vertical
face of the pool to the water line tiles.

Existing tubular steel pool fence was replaced with a fully frameless glass
balustrade to enhance the view from the entertainment area.

Transformation of existing tired gardens with new garden layout and plantings
such as Buxus, Liriope, Murraya, Gardenias etc compliment this prestigious
home.

Sandstone steps were constructed with a finish to match the existing heritage
stone surroundings of the house. Other sandstone works included sawn
sandstone pathways, stepping stones and edging which divides the lawn from
the garden areas.

Selected garden lighting was installed throughout this property to provide a
visual effect that extends throughout the night.
