Landscape works to both front and rear of this newly constructed federation style home has added the finishing touch. Garden beds have been formed with paver edging to define the turf from garden areas. Carefully selected advanced plant species were incorporated to provide privacy and interest for both the client and the neighbours.
To compliment the level changes throughout the property Exterior built several different styles on sandstone walls including dry-pack walls constructed from original stone foundations and dimension sandstone block walls, piers and capping from imported quarry stone.
Exterior incorporated a soft fall area surrounding a newly constructed children's raised fort.
Throughout the entertainment area other quality finished were installed such as glass fencing around pool, stainless steel benches and doors to built in brick BBQ.
Sir Walter Buffalo turf was installed over a prepared base of 100mm 80/20 sand/soil mix to accommodate full sun to part shade areas. Regular rolling has ensured this turf has been successful.
Travertine tiles were installed over concrete slab to verandas and large entertaining courtyard areas. The use of travertine has really enhanced the federation feel throughout the property.
