This spacious landscape designed by Edaw Aust Pty Ltd set in the quiet streets on Lindfield is somewhat traditional to the area but certainly unique in its own way.

Stage 1 of this project consisted of a 25m lap pool with attached plunge pool, equipped with solar heating and automated pool cleaning system. Lap lanes distinguished by glass mosaic tile lines to enhance the spectacular colour contrast of pool interior.

Two modern open pergola structures consisting of both galvanised steel and stainless steel and a full size traditional turf tennis court with the use of sliding tennis court netting enhancing the open space allowing this spectacular landscape to be used by everyone.

Drainage had to be installed such as 300mm pipe work to easements to comply with council requirements. Exterior also installed many retaining walls constructed from reinforced rendered block work, timber and random squared ballast sandstone to compliment multiple tiered areas.

A 40,000 litre rainwater tank was installed under rear veranda collecting maximum rainfall to ensure large gardens and turf remains vigorous throughout the year.
